Red cinquefoil
Cinquefoil is the culmination of flowering in any alpine flower garden. Since the culture is bred from wild plants, it is very undemanding in terms of care and planting conditions. Up to 60 cm in height with straight, branched, pubescent stems. The foliage is unusually decorative. The leaves are trifoliate, serrate along the edge, and white-tomentose on the underside. The flowers are brilliant red, up to 5 cm in diameter, collected in corymbose or paniculate inflorescences.
